      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种以骨量减少、骨微观结构破坏,骨的脆性增加并易并发骨折的代谢性骨病。随着近年来OP发病率的升高,对其防治的研究已经成为现代医学的热点话题之一。大量研究表明,中医药可以提高骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,改善其疼痛症状,在防治骨质疏松症方面具有独特的优势。本文通过中国知网、万方、维普等中文文献检索系统,主要从骨测量指标、细胞因子变化、基因水平等方面归纳中药(包括单味中药、传统经典复方、中成药等)治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展。旨在寻找防治骨质疏松症的特效中药,指出现有研究存在的问题,并展望未来中医药治疗骨质疏松症的科研前景,以期为从事骨质疏松症研究的医学工作者和科研人员提供新的思路和启发,从而更好地指导科研和临床工作。

      Osteoporosis (osteoporosis, OP) is a metabolic bone disease with reduced bone mass, microscopic structural damage of the bone, increased brittleness of the bone and increased fracture risk. With the increase of OP incidence in recent years, the research on its prevention and treatment has become one of the hot topics in modern medicine. A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can improve the bone mineral density of osteoporosis patients, improve their pain symptoms, and has a unique advantage in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. In this paper, through using CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other Chinese literature retrieval system, we summarized research progress on bone measurements, cytokine changes, gene level and other aspects of osteoporosis treatment using traditional Chinese medicine (including single Traditional Chinese medicine, classical compound, Chinese medicine, etc.). The purpose of this study was to find out the existing problems in the treatment of osteoporosis and to give perspective to future research on osteoporosis treatment using TCM, in order to provide new ideas and inspirations for the medical workers and researchers who are engaged in osteoporosis research, so as to better guide the research and clinical work.
