      自噬的紊乱会引起成骨和破骨平衡失调,从而导致骨质疏松。研究表明自噬在一系列退行性疾病中具有重要性,通过对成骨细胞、破骨细胞以及骨细胞的调控,对维持骨骼强度,预防骨质疏松的发生发挥着至关重要的作用。本文就自噬与骨质疏松之间的关系作一综述,对其在骨质疏松症发病过程中的作用机制进行探讨。
英文摘要:
      The disorder of autophagy can lead to the imbalance of bone and osteoclast, and lead to OP. The results showed that autophagy plays an important role in a series of degenerative diseases. Autophagy plays a crucial role in maintaining bone strength and preventing OP through the regulation of osteoblasts, osteoclasts and bone cells. This article reviewed the relationship between autophagy and OP, to explore the mechanism of autophagy in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis (OP).
