      随着老龄化时代的到来,骨质疏松症成为人们研究的热点,而Runx2基因作为一种成骨分化特异性转录因子,参与多种信号通路调控成骨分化的过程。本文仅就Runx2基因参与转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)、骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins, BMPs)通路、Notch信号通路及Wnt信号通路的研究进展进行综述。

      With the coming of aging era, osteoporosis has become a hot topic. Runx2 gene, as a specific transcription factor of bone differentiation, is involved in a variety of signaling pathways regulating bone differentiation. This paper reviews the involvement of Runx2 gene in transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) / bone morphogenetic protein (BMPs) signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway, and Wnt signaling pathway.
