The pathogenesis of osteoporosis was influenced by both genetic and environmental effects, and is closely related to the genes, receptors, and cytokines. This article reviewed the recent hot topics in the field of osteoporosis, combing out the main candidate genes for osteoporosis: calcium and phosphorus metabolism regulating hormones and their receptor genes, sex hormones and their receptor genes, cytokines and their receptor genes, type I collagen gene, used in basic research and clinical research. It provided molecular biology basis for the early prevention, early treatment and anti-osteoporosis drug development of osteoporosis. |
