      本综述对新型模式动物斑马鱼模型在骨骼疾病研究中的应用现状做出分析和评价。从中英文数据库中筛选文献,就胚胎斑马鱼和成年斑马鱼两种模型的应用情况、个体特征与研究优势、不足方面展开综述。文献筛选共纳入107篇文献,大体分类包括骨质疏松方向、骨代谢方向、骨发育方向、骨再生与修复方向、药物筛选方向等;涉及胚胎斑马鱼文献88篇,成年斑马鱼文献26篇。其中胚胎斑马鱼模型多用于骨组织的发育、活体染色、建立特异性转基因品系与突变体基因筛选及高通量药物筛选等方面;成年斑马鱼被应用于骨质疏松、骨再生与修复较多。斑马鱼独特的结构与生理,为骨骼疾病的研究提供了一种全新的、高效而灵活的动物模型,并且能为研究中医中药提供一种重要的模型。

      This review?analyzed and evaluated the application of zebrafish model in bone research. Literatures were selected from Chinese and English database, and then the application status, individual characteristics and research advantages and disadvantages of the two models of the embryo zebrafish and adult zebrafish were reviewed. Literature screening found there were 107 literatures included, and the general classification included osteoporosis direction, bone metabolism direction, bone development direction, bone regeneration and repair direction, drug screening direction, etc. There were 88 references to embryo zebrafish and 26 adult zebrafish literatures. The embryo zebrafish model was mainly used for the development of bone tissue, living staining, establishment of specific transgenic strains and mutants gene screening and high-throughput screening, etc. Adult zebrafish was mainly used in osteoporosis, bone regeneration and repair. The unique structure and physiology of zebrafish provides a new, efficient and flexible animal model for the study of skeletal diseases,and it can provide an important model for Chinese medicine research.
