| 低蛋白血症是一组由于多种原因引起的临床综合征，在临床上十分常见。低蛋白血症不仅与病情严重程度和病死率有关，而且与多种疾病的预后密切相关。近年来越来越多的研究表明，低蛋白血症与骨质疏松之间存在相关性。多数学者研究表明低蛋白血症可以通过多种途径导致骨质疏松及其并发症的发生。但少部分学者认为二者之间并无直接联系。本文对低蛋白血症与骨质疏松的相关性进行综述，目的在于进一步探讨低蛋白血症与骨质疏松的相关性、可能的发生机制及其临床指导价值。 |

| Hypoalbuminemia is a clinical syndrome?caused?by a variety?of?reasons and is common in clinical practice. Hypoalbuminemia is not only associated with the severity and mortality of diseases, but also closely related to the prognosis of various diseases. In recent years, more and more studies have indicated that there is a correlation between hypoalbuminemia and osteoporosis. Most studies have indicated that hypoalbuminemia could induce osteoporosis and complications through different ways. But a few scholars believe that there is no direct link between hypoalbuminemia and osteoporosis. This article reviewed the correlation between hypoalbuminemia and osteoporosis, with the objective of further exploring the relationship between hypoalbuminemia and osteoporosis, and to reveal the possible mechanism and its clinical value. |
