      目的 研究生髓健骨胶囊对酒精性骨质疏松大鼠股骨生物力学的影响。方法 按数字表法随机选取大鼠120只分为4组,每组30只,造模前对各组大鼠体质量进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组用酒精灌胃法造模,正常对照组用生理盐水灌胃,西药对照组用生理盐水、碳酸钙阿法D3灌胃,中药干预组用生理盐水、生髓健骨胶囊灌胃给药。干预后分别在8、12、16周后各处死10只取材,用游标卡尺测量股骨中段外径,算出截面面积。完毕后采用电子万能试验机进行股骨三点弯曲试验。指标为最大载荷、极限强度、弹性模量、最大挠度。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析(P<0.05),进行t检验。结果 模型组的最大载荷、极限强度、最大挠度、弹性模量与正常组比较均显著降低(P<0.01),西药对照组和中药干预组均有不同程度改善。中药干预组最大载荷、极限强度、最大挠度均优于西药对照组,而弹性模量经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 生髓健骨胶囊可明显改善大鼠股骨生物力学的性能,提高骨硬度和骨弹性,能够有效防治酒精性骨质疏松,改善大鼠股骨生物力学性能。

      Objective To investigate the effect of Shengsuijiangu Capsule on the biomechanics of femur in rats with alcoholic osteoporosis. Methods 120 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 rats in each group. The body mass of rats in each group were compared before modeling (P>0.05), and there were no significant differences between them. The model group was treated by intragastric administration of alcohol, the blank control group was administrated with physiological saline, the western medicine control group was given physiological saline, calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group was given physiological saline and Shengsuijiangu capsule administrated by intragastric administration. After 8, 12 and 16 weeks, 10 rats from each group were sacrificed, the external diameter of the middle segment of the femur was measured with vernier caliper, and the sectional area was calculated. Then the femur three point bending test was performed using electronic universal testing machine. The indexes measured include maximum load, ultimate strength, modulus of elasticity and maximum deflection. SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis (P<0.05) and t test was performed. Results The maximum load, ultimate strength, maximum deflection and elastic modulus of the model group were significantly lower than those of the normal group (P<0.01). The western medicine control group and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention group were improved in varying degrees. The maximum load, ultimate strength and maximum deflection of the Chinese herb intervention group were better than those of the western medicine control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups for the elastic modulus (P>0.05). Conclusion Shengsuijiangu capsule could significantly improve bone biomechanical properties, increase bone hardness and bone elasticity, and could effectively prevent and control alcohol induced osteoporosis and improve bone biomechanical properties in rats.
