      骨质疏松症(osteoporosis)包括原发性和继发性骨质疏松,是一个影响成年人的全球性公共健康问题,是一个逐渐被医生认识到的医学难题,具有其独特的诊断标准和临床挑战。而引起继发性骨质疏松(secondary osteoporosis)的原因有很多,其中以糖皮质激素引起的骨质疏松(glucocorticord-induced osteoporosis,GIOP)、慢性肾脏疾病、甲状旁腺功能亢进症(hyperparathyroidism)等骨代谢疾病居多。由于发病原因不同,造成骨量流失的特点也各异,因此需要有针对性的治疗方案。本文分析了继发性骨质疏松最常见的发病原因,总结了其骨量丢失机制的特点,以期引起人们的广泛关注,指导临床诊疗工作。

      Osteoporosis is comprised of primary and secondary, which is a global public health problem affecting adults. It is a medical puzzle gradually recognized by doctors, which owns its unique diagnostic criteria and clinical challenge. Secondary osteoporosis can be caused by a lot of factors, mainly including bone metabolic disorders such as glucocorticord-induced osteoporosis (GIOP), chronic renal disease, and hyperparathyroidism. The characteristics of bone mass loss vary due to the various pathogenesis. Therefore, specific therapeutic schemes are required. This paper analyzes the most common etiology of secondary osteoporosis and summarizes the characteristics of its bone mass loss mechanism, in order to attract extensive attention and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
