| 目的 探索1年不间断的阿仑膦酸钠治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响。方法 本研究选取2015年5月至2016年12月我院就诊的265例绝经后骨质疏松症患者并接受阿仑膦酸钠每周70 mg治疗的患者。从人选开始的1年观察期内，在基线和人选后的第3,6,12个月使用欧洲QOL 5维度(EQ-5D)和日本骨质疏松症生活质量问卷(JOQOL)对患者生活质量改善情况进行评估。结果 在265例可评估的患者中，从人选后3个月开始观察到生存质量显著改善，并在1年观察期内保持不变。EQ-5D和JOQOL在治疗1年内较治疗前均得到显著改善(P<0.05)。被确定为导致QOL改变的因素包括:“人选前一年内的骨折”，“脊椎畸形”，“骨关节炎”，“使用活性维生素D3”和基于JOQOL的“年龄”，以及“脊椎畸形”，“使用活化的维生素 D3”和基于EQ-5D的“年龄”。结果表明，患者对治疗效果的认知，如疼痛改善，有助于治疗的延续。骨质疏松症患者知道，每周1次的双膦酸盐治疗可持续治疗，无论伴随运动性疾病如何，都可以显著改善生活质量，鼓励他们继续接受治疗。结论 连续双膦酸盐治疗即使在患有运动性疾病的患者中也能改善生活质量，同时使用活性维生素D3也有助于进一步改善生活质量。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of 1-year non-stop alendronate treatment on the quality of life of postmenopausal osteoporotic patients. Methods A total of 265 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 and received alendronate treatment of 70 mg per week were selected. During the 1-year observation period from the start of selection, the quality of life at baseline and 3，6, and 12 months after enrollment was evaluated using European QOL 5 dimensional(EQ-5D)and Japan Osteoporosis Quality of Life Questionnaire(JOQOL).Results In 265 evaluable patients，a significant improvement in quality of life was observed from 3 months after enrollment and remained constant throughout the 1-year observation period. After treatment both EQ-5D and JOQOL were significantly improved(P<0.05)within 1 year of treatment. Factors identified as causing changes in QOL included:fractures within one year before enrollment, skeletal deformities，osteoarthritis，use of active vitamin D3，age based on JOQOL, and vertebral deformities. The result showed that the patient's perception of the therapeutic effect, such as pain improvement, contributed to the continuation of the treatment. Patients with osteoporosis knew that once a week of bisphosphonate treatment for sustainable treatment, regardless of the complications of exercise disorders，could significantly improve the quality of life and encouraged them to continue treatment. Conclusion Continuous bisphosphonates treatment improves quality of life even in patients with motor diseases. The use of active vitamin D3 also helps to further improve the quality of life. |
