| 骨质疏松性骨折(osteoportic fracture,OPF)作为骨质疏松症(osteoporosis，OP)最严重的并发症之一，严重影响中老年患者的健康及生活质量。脾-肌肉通过血液循环、神经系统、线粒体系统等对骨骼形成生长发育乃至退化有重要作用。“脾主肌肉”理论是经典的中医理论，该理论与现代医学研究成果相吻合。脾-肌肉的功能障碍可导致骨量减少、骨强度下降，最终导致OPF的发生。笔者基于“脾主肌肉”理论从脾-肌肉出发探讨脾-肌肉-骨骼-骨质疏松性骨折间的相关性，重视脾-肌肉在OPF发病中的作用，希望为OPF的防治提供理论依据。 |

| Osteoporotic fracture(OPF) is one of the most serious complications of osteoporosis，which seriously affects the health and quality of life of elderly patients. The spleen-muscle plays an important role in the development and degeneration of bone through its influences on blood circulation, nervous system and mitochondrial system. The theory of“spleen governing muscles”is a classical theory of Chinese medicine, which is consistent with the result of modern medical research. The dysfunction of the spleen-muscle can lead to decreased bone mass and decreased bone strength, which ultimately leads to OPF. This article is based on the theory of spleen governing muscles，from the starting point of spleen-muscle to investigate the correlation of spleen-muscles-bones-osteoporosis fracture, emphasizing the effect of spleen-muscle on the pathogenesis of OPF, and hope to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of OPF. |
