      骨髓中主要包括两种多能干细胞,即造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells,HSCs)和骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)。BMSCs具有多种分化潜能,在一定条件下可向多种细胞方向分化,并且具有免疫调节能力。由于取材方便,不会违背伦理问题。因此近年来,其在免疫调节及组织工程学方面的应用有着越来越重要的作用。基质细胞衍生因子-1(stromal cell-derived factor 1,SDF-1)属于趋化因子家族,与其受体CXCR4(C-X-C Chemokine Receptor 4)相互作用后对BMSCs具有明显定向趋化作用,虽然近年来有很多研究对其作用机制进行了探讨,但具体机制仍不十分清楚。本文对近年来SDF-1及其受体对BMSCs的趋化作用机制进行总结,旨在为后续进一步研究提供参考。

      Bone marrow stem cells mainly include hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). BMSCs not only have multiplex potential of differentiation, but also have immunomodulatory properties. They can differentiate into various cells. Recently, BMSCs have been increasingly used in the field of immunomodulatory and tissue engineering because of easily available and no ethnic violation. Stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1) is a member of chemokine family. It has obvious migration effect on BMSCs after binding to its receptor CXCR4 (C-X-C Chemokine Receptor 4). Although there are many studies about the migration mechanism of BMSCs, the detail has not been explanted clearly. This paper summarizes the mechanism of the migration of BMSCs by SDF-1 and its receptors in recent years. We hope that this could provide a reference for further research.
