      糖尿病已成为严重威胁人类寿命和生活质量的世界性健康问题。糖尿病患者出现骨折的风险更高,因此降低骨折风险是糖尿病管理的一个重要目标。随着越来越多降糖药的使用,临床更加重视降糖药引起的骨折风险。大量研究证实降糖药对骨代谢有一定作用。本文就目前降糖药与骨代谢相关性的研究进展作一综述。
英文摘要:
      Diabetes mellitus has become a worldwide health problem that seriously threatens the lifetime and living quality. The risk of fracture in diabetic patients is higher. Therefore, reducing the risk of fracture is an important goal of diabetes management. As more and more hypoglycemic drugs are used, the risk of fracture caused by drugs has been increasingly emphasized by clinician. Numerous studies have confirmed that antidiabetic medicine have a certain effect on bone metabolism. This paper reviews the progress of effect of antidiabetic medicine on bone metabolism.
