| 骨质疏松性髋部骨折因其高发病率和高致残致死率，成为一个全球性的公共健康问题，而制定合适的治疗和管理策略已成为当前骨科医师面临的重要挑战。本文回顾了国内外近年来对骨质疏松性髋部骨折的相关研究，围绕骨质疏松性髋部骨折的流行病学进展、治疗方式的选择、围手术期管理以及术后抗骨质疏松药物治疗进行了探讨，为骨质疏松性髋部骨折的治疗和管理提供新的临床思路。 |

| Osteoporotic hip fractures have become a global public health problem due to their high morbidity, mortality, and disability rate. The development of appropriate treatment and management strategies has currently become an important challenge for orthopedic surgeons. This article reviews the studies on osteoporotic hip fractures in recent years, and explores the epidemiology, therapeutic method, perioperative management, and postoperative anti-osteoporosis medications in order to provide new clinical ideas for the treatment and management of osteoporotic hip fractures. |
