      目的 观察绝经后女性血清鸢尾素与骨密度和骨代谢的相关性。方法 选取年龄大于45岁的绝经后女性作为研究对象,按照其绝经时间的长短分为绝经后早期组(绝经后10年内)和绝经后晚期组(绝经后10年以上);获取所有受试者的一般临床资料、血清学指标和骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD);使用ELISA试剂盒检测受试者血清鸢尾素和骨代谢指标;使用统计软件分析之间的相关性。结果 P1NP和β-CTX结果提示,患有骨质疏松症受试者的骨转换速度显著提高(P<0.05);高BMD的受试者年龄较大(P<0.05);此外,BMD高的受试者其体重和身高均高于BMD低的受试者。在具有高BMD的受试者中观察到了更高水平的血糖(P<0.05)。BMD较高的受试者,其鸢尾素水平也较高(P<0.05)。然而,在BMD不同的受试者中没有观察到总胆固醇和甘油三酯之间的差异(P>0.05)。据Spearman相关分析显示,血清鸢尾素水平与BMD和P1NP、β-CTX水平呈正相关,但与甘油三酯、血糖和总胆固醇不相关。结论 绝经后妇女血清鸢尾素与骨密度和P1NP、β-CTX水平呈正相关。

      Objective To observe the correlation between serum irisin and bone mineral density and bone metabolism in postmenopausal women. Methods Postmenopausal women aged over 45 years were selected as subjects, divided into early postmenopausal group (within 10 years after menopause) and late postmenopausal group (more than 10 years after menopause) according to the length of menopause. In all subjects, general clinical data, serological indicators and bone mineral density data were obtained. Serum irisin and bone metabolism indicators were measured using a commercial ELISA kit. We used SPSS to analyze the correlation between these parameters. Results Subjects in the osteoporosis group showed significantly increased rates of bone turnover, as indicated by P1NP and β-CTX (P<0.05). Subjects with higher BMD were older (P<0.05). In addition, subjects with higher BMD had higher weight and height than subjects with lower BMD. Higher levels of blood glucose were observed in subjects with higher BMD (P<0.05). In subjects with higher bone density, the level of irisin was higher (P<0.05). However, no differences in total cholesterol and triglycerides were observed between subjects with different levels of BMD (P>0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum irisin levels were positively correlated with BMD and P1NP and β-CTX levels, but not with triglycerides, blood glucose and total cholesterol. Conclusions Serum irisin in postmenopausal women were positively correlated with bone mineral density and P1NP and β-CTX levels.
