目的 评估骨质疏松症患者和健康对照者血清chemerin水平,探讨血清chemerin水平与骨密度(bone mineral density, BMD)的关系。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年2月在西宁市第二人民医院门诊就医的200名参与者,进行年龄和性别匹配的病例对照研究。Pearson相关性检验用于调查血清chemerin水平与BMD之间的关系。结果 分为骨质疏松组100例,对照组100例。骨质疏松组患者血清chemerin水平[(87.65±5.57) ng/mL]显著高于对照组[(70.09±5.16) ng/mL],差异有统计学意义(??<0.01)。两组股骨骨密度与chemerin呈负相关(骨质疏松组:r = – 0.394,??<0.01;对照组:r= – 0.679,??<0.01);两组腰椎骨密度与chemerin也呈负相关(骨质疏松组:r= – 0.305,??<0.01;对照组r= – 0.361,??<0.01)。结论 骨质疏松症患者血清chemerin水平升高,与BMD呈负相关。需进一步研究chemerin在骨质疏松症病理生理中的作用。 |

Objective To evaluate the serum chemerin levels in patients with osteoporosis and healthy controls and to investigate the relationship between serum chemerin levels and bone mineral density (BMD). Methods This observational study included 200 participants in our outpatient clinic from January 2017 to February 2018. An age- and gender-matched case-control study was conducted. Pearson’s correlation test was performed to investigate the relationship between serum chemerin levels and BMD. Results One hundred patients were included in the osteoporosis group and 100 matched people were included in control group. Serum chemerin level was significantly higher in patients with osteoporosis[(87.65±5.57) ng/mL] than patients in control group[(70.09±5.16) ng/mL], ??<0.01. There was a negative correlation between BMD of the femurs and chemerin in both groups (r= ? 0.394, ?? < 0.01, in osteoporosis group; r = ? 0.679, ?? < 0.01, in control) and a negative correlation between lumbar BMD and chemerin in both groups (r = ? 0.305, ?? < 0.01, in osteoporosis group; r= ? 0.361, ?? < 0.01, in control). Conclusion Patients with osteoporosis present a higher level of serum chemerin, which is negatively correlated with BMD. Further study is needed to explore the role of chemerin in the pathophysiology of osteoporosis. |
