| 骨质疏松症（osteoporsis，OP）是以骨的微结构破坏、骨量减少、脆性增加、易发生骨折为特征的全身代谢性骨病。随着近年来我国人口老龄化的加剧和OP发病率的上升，OP已经成为严重影响老年人生活质量的社会问题。近年来，葛根素在治疗OP相关分子机制方面的研究较多，本文通过查阅国内外相关文献，从葛根素防治骨质疏松症的作用途径及潜在分子机制等方面进行综述，以期为葛根素进一步的实验研究和临床应用奠定基础。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a systematic metabolic osteopathy characterized by destruction of bone microstructure, reduction of bone mass, increase of brittleness and increased fracture risk. With the increase in aging population and the increasing incidence of OP in recent years, OP has become a serious social problem affecting the quality of life of the elderly. In recent years, a lot of studies have been done on the molecular mechanism of Puerarin in OP. Through reviewing relevant references, the article will review the role and the potential molecular mechanisms of Puerarin in the prevention and treatment of Osteoporosis, aiming to lay a foundation for further experimental research and clinical application of Puerarin. |
