| 骨质疏松症好发于老年人或绝经后妇女, 在骨量不断丢失的同时伴随着骨髓腔内的脂肪细胞增加。研究表明，骨质疏松患者的骨髓间充质干细胞成骨分化能力减弱,更易于向脂肪细胞分化，并促进成骨细胞凋亡，具体机制尚未完全阐明。本文拟从FoxO-β-catenin-PPARγ信号轴角度对骨髓脂肪化在原发性骨质疏松中的作用机制进行综述，为该疾病的诊治提供新的着眼点。 |

| Osteoporosis often occurs in the elderly or postmenopausal women, with bone loss accompanied by increased fat cells in the bone marrow cavity. Studies have shown that in osteoporosis patients bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have decreased ability for osteogenic differentiation, are more prone to adipocyte differentiation, and promote osteoblast apoptosis, although the specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated. This paper reviews the mechanism of bone marrow steatosis in primary osteoporosis through the angle of FoxO-β-catenin-PPARγ signal Crosstalk, aiming to provide a more accurate direction in the diagnosis and targeted therapy of the disease. |
