      目的 探究骨钙素水平与肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压和高密度脂蛋白之间的相关性。方法 选取2015年1月至2017年12月于我院内分泌科确诊的2型糖尿病合并原发性高血压患者82例、体检中心体检结果超重且无高血压以及糖尿病史者129名、诊断为原发性高血压且血糖正常者135例作为研究对象,收集所有研究对象的基本资料,并采取空腹血检查其骨钙素水平、血糖水平、血浆脂质水平,采用多重线性回归探究影响骨钙素水平的相关因素。结果 单因素简单线性回归结果表明,骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC)与体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)值、腰围、HbA1c呈正相关,而与收缩压、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)呈负相关;多重线性回归结果表明,OC水平与BMI值、HbA1c、收缩压、HDL-C独立相关,其中OC与BMI值和HbA1c呈正相关,而与收缩压、HDL-C呈负相关。结论 本研究表明超重和2型糖尿病与OC水平呈独立负相关,收缩压和HDL-C与OC水平呈独立正相关。

      Objective To investigate the relationship between osteocalcin levels and obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and HDL cholesterol. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital, 82 subjects affected by both hypertension and type 2 diabetes from the Endocrinology Department, 129 cases who were overweight but unaffected by hypertension or type 2 diabetes, and 135 subjects affected by hypertension but not type 2 diabetes from the Physical Examination Center were selected as subjects. The basic data of all subjects were collected, and fasting blood samples were collected to measure the level of the osteocalcin, blood glucose and plasma lipids levels. Multiple linear regression was used to explore factors associated with osteocalcin level. Results The results of univariate linear regression showed that OC was positively correlated with BMI, waist circumference and HbA1c, but negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure and HDL-C. Multiple linear regression results showed that OC level had independent positive association with BMI and HbA1c, and independent negative association with systolic blood pressure and HDL-C. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that overweight and type 2 diabetes are independently and negatively correlated with OC levels, and systolic blood pressure and HDL-C are independently and positively correlated with OC levels.
