      骨髓脂肪组织是由脂肪细胞在骨髓腔内累积所形成。骨髓脂肪细胞主要由骨髓间充质干细胞分化生成,并且认为其优先于成骨细胞生成。研究表明,骨髓脂肪组织与绝经后骨质疏松症、衰老型骨质疏松症、糖尿病导致的骨质丢失等均有密切 联系。骨髓脂肪细胞分化增加会导致成骨细胞分化减少,同时也会通过分泌相关因子调节成骨细胞与破骨细胞的分化及其 功能,包括PPARγ、脂联素、内脂素、抵抗素、Omentin-1等。笔者就骨髓脂肪组织调控成骨细胞和破骨细胞生成及其功能研究 进展做一综述。
英文摘要:
      Bone marrow adipose tissue is formed by the accumulation of adipose cells in the marrow cavity. Bone marrow fat cells are mainly differentiated from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and they are produced prior to osteoblasts. Studies have shown that bone marrow adipose tissue is closely related to postmenopausal osteoporosis,aging osteoporosis,and bone loss caused by diabetes. Increased differentiation of bone marrow adipocytes leads to decreased osteoblast differentiation, and also the differentiation and function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts are regulated through secreting some factors, including PPARγ, adiponectin, visfatin, resistin, Omentin-1 and so on. This article reviews the progress on bone marrow adipose tissue regulating osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis and their function.
