      目的 探讨高龄、跌倒、骨密度等对老年脊柱骨折的预测诊断价值分析。方法 选择2014年4月至2016年4月在我院体检中心就诊的212名老年女性为研究对象,根据两年后是否发生脊柱骨折分为骨折组79例和未骨折组133例,比较两组患者的高龄、跌倒、骨密度等因素的危险指数,采用 SPSS 22.0和STATA 14.0软件对所得数据进行统计分析。结果 骨折组患者较未骨折组患者具有更高的年龄和跌倒倾向,而两组的骨密度无显著差异(P=0.0614),骨密度对老年脊柱骨折的预测价值有限,高龄和跌倒对老年脊柱骨折的预测有重要价值。结论 通过骨密度检测评估是否干预老年人脊柱骨折意义有限,高龄和跌倒是老年人脊柱骨折的独立危险因素。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the predictive value of advanced age, falls and bone mineral density for vertebral fracture in elderly people. Methods 212 elderly women were chosen in the medical examination center of Changzheng hospital from April 2014 to April 2016, then they were divided into the fracture group which contains 79 cases and the non-fracture group which contains 133 cases according to whether or not vertebral fracture occurred 2 years later, to investigate the risk of each factor for vertebral fracture in elderly people. The data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and STATA 14.0. Results The fracture group had higher age and higher tend of falling than the non-fracture group, but there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups (P=0.0614). The predictive value of bone density for vertebral fracture in elderly people was limited, however advanced age and falling had more important value. Conclusion The value of bone mineral density in determining whether or not to intervene spinal fractures in the elderly is limited, while advanced age and falls were independent risk factor for vertebral fracture in the elderly.
