| 随着我国骨质疏松症的发病率逐年增加，防治形势变得更加严峻，目前单纯的西医药物防治骨质疏松症尚存在各种不良反应与疗效不确切等问题，这为临床上通过其他方式寻找满意的治疗方法提出了迫切的要求。中医药对骨质疏松症的病因病机有独到的见解，其治疗方法也是多种多样，笔者对近年来与骨质疏松相关的中医药研究概况作一总结，为中医药治疗骨质疏松的研究提供理论及临床依据。 |

| The incidence of osteoporosis in China is increasing year by year. The situation of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis is getting more severe. At present, there are still some problems in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with Western medicine alone, such as adverse reactions and imprecise curative effect. This provides an urgent requirement for finding satisfactory treatment methods in clinical practice. Chinese medicine has a unique opinion on etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis, and has many kinds of treatment for osteoporosis. This paper summarizes the research of osteoporosis in Chinese medicine, and provides theoretic and clinical evidence for osteoporosis treatment with TCM. |
