      饮酒现象几乎风靡全球,我国由于特有的饮酒文化已成为酒精性疾病高发的重灾区。酒精可对多种组织造成损伤,长期大量饮酒引起骨代谢紊乱、骨量丢失、骨微观结构退化致使骨脆性增加,使骨折和骨坏死风险增加。本文从酒精对骨组织细胞、细胞促炎因子、氧化应激、雌激素、甲状旁腺素-维生素D以及相关通路的影响综述了酒精与骨组织代谢的关系,归纳了酒精引起骨损伤的机制,以备参阅。

      The phenomenon of drinking is almost universal, and due to the unique drinking culture China has become the hardest hit area for alcoholic diseases. Alcohol can cause damage to a variety of tissues. Long-term heavy drinking causes bone metabolism disorders, loss of bone mass, and deterioration of bone microstructure, resulting in increased bone fragility and increased risk of fracture and osteonecrosis. In this paper, the effects of alcohol on bone tissue cells, cellular pro-inflammatory factors, oxidative stress, estrogen, parathyroid hormone-vitamin D and related pathways were reviewed. The relationship between alcohol and bone metabolism was summarized. The mechanism of alcohol-induced bone injury was summarized.
