| 骨质疏松症是骨代谢紊乱、后期极易发生脆性骨折的骨科常见疾病,成骨细胞与破骨细胞之间关系失衡是其主要的发病机制。转化生长因子-β是骨组织中含量最多的细胞因子,属于对多种生物活性都具有调节作用的多肽类超家族,在骨代谢中不仅可以促进成骨细胞的增殖分化,还可以抑制破骨细胞的成熟分化,加速其凋亡,与骨质疏松症的发病密切相关,俨然成为当下研究的热点。笔者就转化生长因子-β在骨吸收与骨形成过程中的作用机制进行综述,旨在为骨质疏松症的防治提供新的思路与方向。 |

| Osteoporosis is a common orthopedic disease that causes disorders of bone metabolism and makes fragile fractures prone to occur in late period. The imbalance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts is the main pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Transforming growth factor-β is the most abundant cytokine in the bone tissue. It belongs to the polypeptide superfamily that regulates various biological activities. In the process of bone metabolism, it can not only promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, but also inhibit the mature differentiation of osteoclasts and accelerate the apoptosis of osteoclasts, which is closely related to the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and is one of the hotspots of current research. The purpose of this paper is to explain the mechanism of action of transforming growth factor-β in bone resorption and bone formation, and to provide a new direction for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. |
