There were 592 cases of femoral neck fracture and 762 cases of intertrochanteric fracture, with a ratio of 1:1.29. Causes of injury: 1173 cases were because of falls, accounting for 86.63% of all patients with hip fracture. There were 128 cases of falling injury, and the ratio was 9.45%. There were 53 traffic accidents and other injuries, and the ratio was 3.91%. Fall is the main cause of injury.
