      目的 调查分析兰州市两社区中老年人群体质形态、肌力、坐立平衡对骨质疏松症发病的影响。方法 采用现场体检及骨密度检测的方式获取研究对象的体质形态、肌力、坐立平衡相关资料,应用双能X线骨密度检测仪测定受试人群骨密度。结果 研究显示2070例调查者中骨质疏松风险测评阳性1515例(73.19%),其中身高、体重、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、腰高比和左手肌力的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),身高≥165.1 cm的居民骨质疏松高风险率是≤155.0 cm居民的2.89(95%CI:2.09~3.99)倍,体重≥70.1 kg者高风险率是≤55.0 kg居民的3.77(95%CI:2.74~5.20)倍,中心性肥胖的居民高风险率是非中心性肥胖居民的3.54(95%CI:2.97~4.23)倍,臀围≥89.5 cm(男)/≥92.6 cm(女)的居民高风险率是<89.5 cm(男)/<92.6 cm(女)的1.41(95%CI:1.10~1.81)倍,腰臀比≥0.90(男)/≥0.85(女)的居民高风险率是<0.90(男)/<0.85(女)的1.34(95%CI:1.10~1.63)倍,腰高比≥0.50的居民高风险率是<0.50居民的1.41(95%CI:1.14~1.74)倍。结论 身高较高、体重较重、腰围较大、臀围较大、腰臀比大、腰高比大可能与兰州市两社区居民骨质疏松高风险有关联。

      Objective To investigate the effect of the morphological, muscular strength, and sitting balance on the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in the elderly in two communities of Lanzhou. Methods On-site physical examination and bone density detection were used to obtain the relevant data of body shape, muscle strength, and sitting balance. Bone mineral density of the tested population was determined using a dual energy X-ray bone density detector. Results The study showed that 1570 (73.19%) of the 2070 patients were positive for osteoporosis risk, and the differences in height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-to-hip ratio, waist-to-height ratio, and left-hand muscle strength were statistically significant (P<0.01). The high risk rate of osteoporosis in residents with height ≥165.1 cm was 2.89 (95% CI: 2.09-3.99) times over residents with height ≤155.0 cm, 3.77 times in residents with weight ≥70.1 kg over those with weight ≤55.0 kg (95% CI: 2.74-5.20), 3.54 times (95% CI: 2.97-4.23) in residents with central obesity over non-central obese residents, 1.41 times (95%CI: 1.10-1.81) in residents with hip circumference ≥89.5 cm (male) / ≥92.6 cm (female) over those with hip circumference <89.5 cm (male) / <92.6 cm (female), 1.34 times (95% CI: 1.10-1.63) in residents with waist-to-hip ratio ≥0.90 (male) / ≥0.85 (female) over those with <0.90 (male) /<0.85 (female), and 1.41 times (95% CI: 1.14-1.74) for residents with a waist-to-height ratio of ≥0.50 over those with <0.50. Conclusion High height, heavy weight, large waist circumference, large hip circumference, large waist-to-hip ratio, and high waist-to-high ratio may be associated with high risk of osteoporosis in the residents of two communities in Lanzhou.
