| 骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）是一种由骨量降低而引起的代谢性骨病。目前，随着我国人口老龄化进程的加重，其防治已成为现代医学的热点之一。有关此病，中医学多从肝、脾、肾三脏亏虚立论而进行治疗。但由于中医学只有单纯的理论指导，缺乏现代科学依据的支撑，而倍受争议。接下来，文章将从中西医结合的角度出发，基于中医“肝与大肠相通”理论，阐述肝-肠道微生态-骨质疏松症三者之间的相关性，用微生态学的观点阐释从肝论治骨质疏松症的科学性，以期为中医药防治骨质疏松症及临床研究提供新思路。 |

| Osteoporosis (OP) is a metabolic bone disease caused by bone loss. At present, with the aggravation of the process of population aging in China, its prevention and treatment has become one of the hotspots of modern medicine. About this disease, traditional Chinese medicine is mostly based on the theory of deficiency of liver, spleen and kidney. However, traditional Chinese medicine is controversial because it has only simple theoretical guidance and lacks the support of modern scientific basis. In the following, from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, based on the theory of "the connection between liver and large intestine" of traditional Chinese medicine, the article elaborates the correlation between liver-intestinal microecology and osteoporosis, and explain the scientificity of treating osteoporosis from the viewpoint of microecology, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine. |
