Objective Osteoporosis is a kind of disability disease with hidden onset, high incidence, and high treatment cost. Early detection and treatment can significantly improve the survival status of the patients with osteoporosis. The best way of screening osteoporosis is through routine physical examination in community hospitals. However, there is a lack of effective tools for such screening in the market at present. Therefore, it is urgent to build a screening system for osteoporosis. Methods The development of mobile medicine provides technical support for solving such problems. In this paper, a content-customizable technology, digitization of osteoporosis clinical guidelines, and OCR recognition technology for medical laboratory sheets were proposed. The problems of complex and changeable screening content, knowledge modeling of osteoporosis screening, and structuring image data of laboratory sheet were solved respectively. Results Based on the MINA framework of the Wechat applet, a set of convenient and lightweight solution for osteoporosis screening was developed. The Wechat applet for "AI screening and prevention of osteoporosis" was developed. The clinical trial was carried out. Conclusion This solution can be easily applied to community screening and can improve the work efficiency of medical staff. |
