骨质疏松症是一种慢性、难治性代谢性骨病,深刻探讨其发病机制中的每一环节从而确立有效干预策略攻克这一顽疾成为近年来研究的热点。随着分子生物学进一步发展以及对脑-肠轴的深刻探讨,揭示了脑-肠轴可以以骨骼为潜在作用靶点,影响骨质疏松症的发病与发展。笔者以脑-肠-骨骼轴为基础,从脑-肠通讯、脑-骨通讯及肠-骨通讯三方面探讨骨质疏松症发病机制,以期为骨质疏松症防治新目标新策略的确立和机制研究提供理论思考。 |

Osteoporosis is a kind of chronic and refractory metabolic bone disease. It has become a hot research topic in recent years to explore every link of its pathogenesis in order to establish effective intervention strategies to overcome this stubborn disease. With the further development of molecular biology and the in-depth discussion of the brain-gut axis, it is revealed that the brain-gut axis can be a potential target of bone to affect the incidence and development of osteoporosis. Based on the brain-gut bone axis, this paper discusses the pathogenesis of osteoporosis from three aspects, including brain-gut communication, brain-bone communication, and enter-bone communication, so as to provide theoretical thinking for the establishment of new targets and new strategies for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and the study of the mechanism. |
