      胶原蛋白肽(collagen peptide,CP)也称胶原蛋白水解物,可以预防和治疗骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)。体外研究表明,CP对于成骨细胞和间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)成骨分化的增强作用是通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated potein kinases,MAPK)信号通路介导的。体内动物实验研究表明,CP对于去卵巢大鼠、维甲酸诱导的骨质疏松大鼠、自发老年性骨质疏松小鼠和自然衰老小鼠的骨骼健康具有非常重要的促进作用;体内临床研究表明,CP或CP联合钙尔奇摄入可显著增加绝经后妇女的骨密度,骨肽注射剂或阿仑膦酸钠联合骨肽注射液可有效提高骨质疏松症患者的骨密度。笔者主要从体外和体内研究两个方面对CP预防和治疗OP的研究进展进行综述,以期为CP对OP的防治作用及其分子机制提供理论指导,为从事OP的基础研究人员、临床工作者和产品研发人员提供新思路。

      Collagen peptide (CP), also known as collagen hydrolysate, may prevent and treat osteoporosis (OP). In vitro studies have shown that CP significantly promotes the osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) through activation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) signaling pathway. In vivo animal experiments have shown that CP plays an important role in promoting bone health in normal rats, ovariectomized rats, retinoid-induced osteoporosis rats, spontaneous senile osteoporosis mice, and natural aging mice. Clinical research has shown that CP or CP combined with vitamin D intake significantly increases bone mineral density in postmenopausal women. Bone peptide injection or alendronate combined with bone peptide injection effectively improves bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis. This paper mainly reviews the research progress of CP prevention and treatment of OP from the in vitro and in vivo aspects of research, hoping to provide theoretical guidance for CP prevention and treatment of OP and its molecular mechanism, and to provide new ideas for basic researchers, clinical workers, and product research and development personnel.
