Objective To analyze the influencing factors of the medical behavior of osteoporosis patients, and to study the intervention of osteoporosis patients, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 218 patients with osteoporosis were examined at Tianding County People's Hospital in Chongzuo City. According to the patient's active medical treatment, they were divided into active group (n=102) and non-active group (n=116). Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of non-active medical treatment in patients with osteoporosis. The active group and the non-active group were treated with intervention. The follow-up period was 1 year. The probability of fracture, bone mineral density and osteoporosis related knowledge were observed in the active group and the non-active group. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that non-public institutions, low economic income, rural residents, low education level, combined with cancer, no endowment insurance and other factors were independent risk factors for patients with osteoporosis who did not take the initiative to seek medical treatment (P<0.05). After one year of intervention, the probability of fracture was 0.98% in the active group and 1.72% in the non active group. Before the intervention, the knowledge of osteoporosis in the non active group was much lower than that in the active group (P<0.05). After intervention, the awareness of the non active group was significantly higher than that before intervention (P<0.05). The BMD of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention (P>0.05). Conclusion Non institutional personnel, low economic income, rural residents, low education level, combined with cancer, no endowment insurance and other independent risk factors of osteoporosis patients not actively seeking medical treatment. Medical staff should strengthen the health education of these patients, and give diet, medicine, exercise and other interventions when necessary. |
