Nephrotic bone disease in a broad sense refers to all bone diseases related to the kidney; narrow sense nephrotic bone disease is also called renal osteodystrophy (ROD), that is ,chronic kidney disease mineral and bone metabolism disorder (CKD-MBD), which is caused by calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D metabolism disorders in chronic renal failure (CRF) , Bone disease caused by secondary hyperparathyroidism, acid-base balance disorder and other factors. Seriously affect the patient's quality of life.
