股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是临床上最常见的骨关节疾病之一,由于发病机制尚未明确,所以目前暂无疗效确切的药物治疗方案。随着祖国医学对ONFH研究的不断深入,发现淫羊藿苷(Icariin,ICA)可通过经典Wnt/β-catenin、RANK/RANKL、Notch、PI3K/AKT及MAPK信号通路调节骨代谢平衡以增强骨密度及强度,同时可促进微血管修复以改善股骨头局部血供,从而达到治疗ONFH的最终效果。本文就ICA防治ONFH的具体分子作用机制进行综述,旨为今后临床运用ICA治疗ONFH提供一定的参考。 |

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is one of the most common bone and joint diseases in clinic. Because the pathogenesis is not clear, there is no effective drug treatment plan at present. With the deepening of research on ONFH in traditional Chinese medicine, it has been found that icariin (ICA) regulates the balance of bone metabolism and promotes the repair of microvasculature through Wnt/β-catenin, RANK/RANKL, Notch, PI3K/Akt, and MAPK pathways.ICA has significant effect on improving the blood supply of femoral head area and promoting the repair of osteonecrosis. In this paper, the specific molecular mechanism of ICA in the prevention and treatment of ONFH is reviewed, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of ICA in the treatment of ONFH in the future. |
