中医学“骨肉不相亲”理论高度概括了老年性骨质疏松(senile osteoporosis,SOP)骨骼和骨骼肌的内在失衡状态,外泌体作为一种细胞囊泡可携带多种生物活性分子在“骨-肌交联”中发挥关键的调控作用。本文基于“骨肉不相亲”理论探讨骨骼肌源性外泌体在SOP中的作用,对挖掘中医药防治SOP的新靶点及丰富“骨肉不相亲”理论的现代科学内涵具有重要意义。中医学调理脾肾、强肌健骨是治疗SOP“骨肉不相亲”的关键,为防治SOP提供了新的思路。 |

The theory of disharmony between bone and skeletal muscle in traditional Chinese medicine highly summarizes the status of internal imbalance of bone and skeletal muscle in senile osteoporosis (SOP). Exosomes, a type of extracellular vesicle carrying diverse biological active molecules, play a key regulatory role in bone-muscle crosstalk. In this paper, the molecular mechanism of disharmony between bone and skeletal muscle in SOP is discussed from the perspective of skeletal muscle-derived exosomes regulating bone homeostasis, which is of great significance to explore the new target to prevent and to treat SOP using traditional Chinese medicine and to enrich the modern scientific connotation of the theory of disharmony between bone and skeletal muscle. Regulating spleen and kidney and strengthening muscle and bone in traditional Chinese medicine are the keys to the treatment of SOP, which provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of SOP. |
