      非编码RNA如长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)可以在转录、转录后和表观遗传学水平上调节目标基因,目前发现其与mRNA、miRNA、蛋白均存在互作机制,包括骨质疏松在内的多种疾病中都有lncRNA调控涉及。本文基于目前lncRNA在骨质疏松方面的研究现状,总结了当前的研究热点,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。

      Non-coding RNA such as long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) can regulate target genes at the transcriptional, post-transcriptional, and epigenetic levels. Currently, it has been found that mRNA, miRNA, and proteins interact with each other, and lncRNA regulation is involved in a variety of diseases including osteoporosis. Based on the current research status of lncRNA in osteoporosis, this paper summarizes the current research hotspots and forecasts the future development trend.
