| The cognition level on osteoporosis is an important factor for early diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, research about the cognitive appraisal of osteoporosis has increased. This paper reviews the existing instruments for measuring people's knowledge of osteoporosis. We find that the assessment tools for osteoporosis knowledge are rare, mainly from foreign countries. They mainly include four dimensions, including basic conditions, risk factors, prevention, and treatment. However, there are only a few tool studies in China. The reliability and validity of the existing tools are needed to be warranted. |
