| 骨质疏松性骨折已成为全球范围内严重的健康问题。对骨质疏松性骨折的中医证候分型尚未形成统一标准。现结合诸医家对骨质疏松性骨折的临床辨证分型进行总结归纳，浅析骨折愈合过程的中医三期分型（初、中、后期）及辨证分型（气滞血瘀、热毒炽盛、气虚血瘀、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚），研究各证型用药及临床疗效，探讨各证型与骨折的关联性，以期为学科理论发展、临床实践进步及今后医者在骨质疏松性骨折辨证分型与治疗方面提供借鉴。 |

| Osteoporotic fractures are serious health problems worldwide. There is no unified standard for TCM syndrome classification of osteoporotic fractures. Combined with various medical experts, the clinical differentiation of osteoporotic fractures was summarized and analyzed, and the three-stage classification of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of fracture healing: early, middle and late; And syndrome differentiation: Qi stagnation and blood stasis, heat and flaming, qi deficiency and blood stasis, spleen and kidney yang deficiency, liver and kidney yin deficiency. Study the medication and clinical efficacy of each syndrome type. To explore the correlation between various syndrome types and fractures, and to provide reference for the development of subject theory, clinical practice progress and future doctors in osteoporotic fracture syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
