近年来,中医药在抗骨质疏松症方面显示出独特优势。龟板被证实可通过miRNA及其靶基因、信号通路及相关因子调控BMSCs功能,从而抗骨质疏松症。本文对龟板调控BMSCs增殖、迁移和成骨分化及其抗骨质疏松症的研究进展进行综述,发现龟板体外可通过调节BMP-4、VDR、RARα、Id1等表达调控BMSCs增殖;可上调HGF/c-met轴、SDF-1/CXCR4轴促进BMSCs迁移;可通过调节成骨相关因子、miRNAs和信号通路调控BMSCs成骨分化。此外,龟板体内可有效抗PMOP、GIOP和SOP。本文旨在为中医药防治骨质疏松症提供相关参考。 |

Recently, traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in anti-osteoporosis. Plastrum testudinis(PT)has been shown to affect the function of BMSCs through regulating osteoblast-related miRNAs’ target genes, signaling pathways and related-factors, thereby achieving anti-osteoporosis effect. In this paper, we reviewed the effects of PT on the proliferation,migration, and osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and its mechanism on anti-osteoporosis, providing references for anti-osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine. It have been found that PT can regulate BMSCs’ proliferation through BMP-4, VDR,RARα and Id1 in vitro. PT can up-regulate the axis of HGF/c-met and SDF-1/CXCR4 to promote the migration of BMSCs. PT can regulate BMSCs’ osteogenic differentiation through osteoblast-related factors,miRNAs and signaling pathways. In addition, PT can effectively resist PMOP, GIOP and SOP in vivo. This will provide references for anti-osteoporosis using traditional Chinese medicine. |
