Elk-1是一种转录因子,属于Ets转录因子家族,在基因表达调控中发挥着重要作用。最近的研究结果表明,Elk-1参与调控骨组织细胞功能,主要可促进成骨细胞分化及增殖,并抑制成骨细胞凋亡。Elk-1可影响骨肿瘤、骨质疏松症等骨性疾病的病理过程,与骨肉瘤、骨尤文肉瘤、骨转移癌等多种骨肿瘤的侵袭、转移及预后不良密切相关,且在骨质疏松症等骨性疾病中Elk-1的表达及转录活性异常。本文将对Elk-1调节骨骼系统功能的研究进展进行概述。 |

Elk-1 is a transcription factor, belonging to Ets transcription factor family, which plays an important role in gene expression regulation. Recent findings show that Elk-1 is involved in regulating the function of bone tissue cells, mainly promotes the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts, and inhibits the apoptosis of osteoblasts. Elk-1 can affect the pathological process of bone tumors, osteoporosis and other bone diseases. It is closely related to the invasion, metastasis and poor prognosis of many kinds of bone tumors, such as osteosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma and metastatic cancer of bone. Moreover, the expression and transcriptional activity of Elk-1 are abnormal in osteoporosis and other bone diseases. This paper will summarize the research progress of Elk-1 regulating the skeletal system function. |
