| 目的 借助Citespace软件对近15年肌少-骨质疏松症领域的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法 以Web of Science核心合集数据库为搜索来源，利用Citespace V.5.6 R2可视化分析软件对近15年肌少-骨质疏松症的研究进行可视化分析，探讨相关研究的作者、国家/机构分布、期刊分布状况及对关键词进行可视化分析。结果 纳入459篇SCI文章，发文量最高的作者是GUSTAVO DUQUE，引文量最高的作者是Cruz-Jentoft AJ，美国和日本是研究肌少-骨质疏松症的主要国家，墨尔本大学和塔夫茨大学的中心性最高，是研究肌少-骨质疏松症的重要机构，被引频次最高的期刊是Osteoporosis Int，被引频次最多的文章作者是Cruz-Jentoft AJ，主要的研究热点是肌少症和骨质疏松症的诊断标准、肌少症与骨质疏松症的相关性及其防治方法。结论 本研究对现阶段肌少-骨质疏松症的研究进展提供了一系列总结和归纳，为研究者提供了有效的、可快速利用的有价值信息。 |

| Objective To visualize the status, hotspots, and trends of sarcopenia-osteoporosis research in the past 15 years using Citespace software. Methods The core collection database of Web of Science was used as the data source. The visual analysis software Citespace V.5.6 R2 was used to visually analyze the research on sarcopenia-osteoporosis in the past 15 years. The authors, country/institution distribution, journal distribution, and keywords were explored. Results 459 SCI articles were included. The author with the largest number of articles was GUSTAVO DUQUE. The author with the most number of citations was Cruz-Jentoft AJ. The United States and Japan were the main countries in this research field. University of Melbourne and Tufts University were the most important institutions. The most frequently cited journal was OSTEOPOROSIS INT. The author of the most frequently cited paper was Cruz-Jentoft AJ. The main hotspots of the research were the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia and osteoporosis, the correlation between them, and the relevant prevention method. Conclusion This study provides a summary of the current research progress in sarcopenia-osteoporosis and provides effective and valuable information for the researchers. |
