| 骨质疏松症是一种隐匿性、渐进性的骨代谢性疾病，诸多危险因素诱发骨质疏松的发生发展，除年龄、体质、基因等不可控危险因素外，其余骨质疏松的诱导因素具备可控性，寻求某些预防策略对骨质疏松的可控性危险因素进行提前预警和防治尤为重要。中医“治未病”理念出自于《金匮要略》，其核心思想是“未病先防”“已病防变”“瘥后防复”，若将“治未病”理论与骨质疏松可控性危险因素防治相结合，对预防骨质疏松级联的发生意义重大。基于此，本文以中医“治未病”理念为基点，将骨质疏松的可控性危险因素与“治未病”分期分治特色相衔接，多轴多点整体调节骨代谢微生态平衡，降低骨质疏松人群的可控性危险因素级别，提高患者的生活质量，完善骨质疏松防治策略。 |

| Osteoporosis is a kind of occult and progressive bone metabolic disease. Many risk factors induce the occurrence of osteoporosis. In addition to the uncontrollable risk factors such as age, physical condition, and gene, the rest osteoporosis-induced factors can be controlled. Seeking some prevention strategies of early warning and prevention of controllable risk factors of osteoporosis is particularly important. The concept of treating the undiseased in traditional Chinese medicine comes from the Golden Chamber. Its core ideas are prevention at pre-disease, prevention from variable at disease, and prevention from recurrence after disease. The combination of treating the undiseased theory and prevention and treatment of controllable risk factors for osteoporosis may be of great significance in the prevention of osteoporosis cascade. Based on this, this paper discusses the connection between the controllable risk factors for osteoporosis and the concept of treating the undiseased in traditional Chinese medicine, the multi-axis regulation of the micro ecological balance of bone metabolism, down-regulation of controllable risk factors in osteoporosis group, improvement of the quality of life of the patients, and the improvement of osteoporosis prevention and treatment strategies. |
