| 骨缺损的修复一直是临床中的治疗难点，随着骨组织工程技术与再生医学的发展，负载中药活性成分以及种子细胞和细胞因子的复合支架材料成为研究热点。近年来，负载淫羊藿苷（icariin，ICA）的骨缺损修复支架材料在修复骨缺损方面取得了重大进展，为临床治疗骨缺损提供了新的治疗方法。本文对近年来负载淫羊藿苷的骨缺损修复支架材料的相关研究作一归纳总结，为后续研究提供一定的参考。 |

| Bone defect repair has always been a difficult point in clinical treatment. With the development of bone tissue engineering technology and regenerative medicine, scaffolds loaded with active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and seed cells and cytokines have become a important issues. In recent years, significant progress has been made in repairing bone defects with bone repair materials containing icariin. It provides a new method for clinical treatment of bone defects. In this paper, the related researches on scaffold materials for bone defect repair with icariin in recent years are summarized. This provides a reference for future research. |
