      骨质疏松是一种严重损害老年人的疾病,而氯通道可以驱动成骨细胞的矿化、调节精细骨结构。研究发现,雌激素可激活氯通道并参与骨形成功能,提示氯通道可能是雌激素调节骨形成的重要靶点。Wnt信号通路在调节骨形成中发挥关键作用,实验表明雌激素可激活Wnt信号通路,抑制或下调ClC-3氯通道阻断Wnt信号通路的激活,提示ClC-3氯通道可能通过调控Wnt信号途径介导雌激素促进骨形成。该文就氯通道、雌激素及Wnt信号通路与骨质疏松关系的研究进展作一综述。
英文摘要:
      Osteoporosis is a disease that severely damages the elderly. The chlorine channel can drive the mineralization of osteoblasts and regulate bone structure. Some studies have found that estrogen can activate the chlorine channel and participate in bone formation, suggesting that the chlorine channel may be an important target for estrogen to regulate bone formation. The Wnt signaling pathway plays a key role in bone formation. Experiments have shown that estrogen can activate the Wnt signaling pathway. Inhibiting or down-regulating the ClC-3 chlorine channel can block the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway, suggesting that the ClC-3 chlorine channel may mediate estrogen to promote bone formation by regulating Wnt signaling pathway. This paper reviews the relationship between the chlorine channel, estrogen, Wnt signaling pathway and osteoporosis.
