原发性骨质疏松是最常见的骨代谢疾病,由多种基因-环境等微小因素作用导致。现代分子生物学研究发现细胞外泌体可参与骨组织损伤退变、骨质疏松、成骨不全及骨折不愈合等疾病的发展和进程,尤其在骨质疏松方面,具有极大的治疗潜力。通过对相关文献的整理和总结,发现不同来源外泌体对原发性骨质疏松具有治疗作用,外泌体内的microRNA是发挥作用的重要因子,影响细胞骨代谢。因此,该文就不同来源外泌体在原发性骨质疏松的研究进展进行综述,将为外泌体防治原发性骨质疏松提供不同的研究思路。 |

Primary osteoporosis is the most common bone metabolism disease, which is caused by a variety of small factors such as genes and environment. Modern molecular biology studies have found that exosomes may participate in the development and progress of bone tissue damage and degeneration, osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, and fracture nonunion. Especially, exosomes have great therapeutic potential in osteoporosis. Through sorting out and summarizing the relevant literatures, it is found that exosomes from different sources contribute to primary osteoporosis, and microRNAs in exosomes are important factors affecting bone metabolism. Therefore, this paper reviews the research progress of exosomes from different sources treating primary osteoporosis, and provides different ideas for the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis with exosomes. |
