      如何实现理想的骨再生是临床上面临的重要难题,目前仍未得到有效地解决。腺苷酸激活的蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase,AMPK)是细胞能量代谢的中心调控因子,在调节细胞和全身能量稳态中起着重要作用,并可调控成骨细胞分化和骨形成,在骨代谢调节中发挥着至关重要的作用。笔者拟就近年AMPK对骨代谢调控作用的研究进展进行综述,旨在更好地为临床修复骨缺损提供参考。

      How to achieve ideal bone regeneration is an important clinical problem,which has not been effectively solved at present. AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is the central regulator of cell energy metabolism and plays an important role in regulating cell and systemic energy homeostasis. It can regulate osteocyte differentiation and bone formation, plays a vital role in the regulation of bone metabolism. This article intends to review the research progress on the role of AMPK in regulating bone metabolism in order to provide a reference for better clinical repair of bone defects.
