绝经后2型糖尿病女性Wnt3a基因多态性与骨代谢的相关性

      目的 探讨绝经后2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)女性Wnt3a基因突变与骨代谢、糖代谢、血脂代谢的相关性。方法 选取新疆石河子地区绝经后T2DM女性 81例,检测rs708114位点基因多态性,根据rs708114位点基因多态性分为TT组(n=19)和CC/TC组(n=62)。观察两组患者血糖代谢和其他临床特征。同时检测rs752107基因多态性,根据rs752107基因多态性分为CC组(n=44)和CT/TT组(n=37),观察两组血糖代谢和其他临床特征。结果 与CC/TC组比较,TT组患者FPG显著升高(8.84±3.65 mmol/L vs 7.10±1.68 mmol/L, P=0.005);HbA1c显著升高[(8.11±1.78) % vs (7.15±0.87) %, P=0.002];血清Ca显著升高(2.34±0.20 mmol/L vs 2.24±0.15 mmol/L, P=0.032)。两组患者TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血清P、ALP、F-BMD差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。绝经后T2DM女性rs752107基因多态性与骨代谢、糖代谢、血脂代谢无明显相关性。结论 新疆石河子地区绝经后2型糖尿病女性Wnt3a基因rs708114位点基因突变型与血糖代谢有关;可能与骨代谢有关。rs752107基因多态性与骨代谢、糖代谢、血脂代谢均无明显相关性。

      Objective To investigate the relationship between Wnt3a gene mutation and bone metabolism, glucose metabolism, and lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Eighty-one postmenopausal T2DM women in Shihezi area of Xinjiang were selected and their rs708114 gene polymorphism was detected. According to the rs708114 gene polymorphism, the patients were divided into TT group (n = 19) and CC / TC group (n = 62). Blood glucose metabolism and other clinical characteristics were observed. At the same time, rs752107 gene polymorphism was detected. According to rs752107 gene polymorphism, all patients were divided into CC group (n = 44) and CT / TT group (n = 37). Blood glucose metabolism and other clinical characteristics were observed in the two groups. Results Compared to those in CC/TC group, FPG in TT group was significantly higher (8.84 ± 3.65 vs. 7.10 ± 1.68 mmol/L, P = 0.005), HbA1c/% was significantly higher (8.11 ± 1.78 vs. 7.15 ± 0.87, P = 0.002), and serum Ca was significantly higher (2.34 ± 0.20 vs. 2.24 ± 0.15 mmol/L, P=0.032). There was no significant difference in TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, P, ALP, and F-BMD between the two groups (P>0.05). Rs752107 gene polymorphism in postmenopausal women with T2DM had no significant correlation with bone metabolism, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism. Conclusion The rs708114 mutation of Wnt3a gene in postmenopausal women with T2DM in Shihezi area of Xinjiang is related to the glucose metabolism and may be related to the bone metabolism. Rs752107 gene polymorphism has no significant correlation with bone metabolism, glucose metabolism, and lipid metabolism.
