| 目的 系统评价独活寄生汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的有效性、安全性。方法 检索CNKI、万方、维普、Sinomed和Medline数据库，按照纳排标准筛选文献，方法学质量评估依据Cochrane系统评价手册进行，Meta分析使用revman 5.3软件进行操作。结果 共纳入14篇文献，18项研究。独活寄生汤联合常规疗法在提高骨密度[MD=0.56，95 %CI（0.53~0.59）]、血清钙[MD=0.22，95 %CI(0.17~0.27)]方面，可优于单纯使用的常规疗法。有3项研究提及轻微的胃肠道反应，给予用药后好转。结论 独活寄生汤对改善PMOP患者骨密度、血清钙方面可能有较好的辅助作用，且安全性良好。 |

| Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Duhuojishengtang Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Through the use of computer retrieval CNKI, Wanfang Medical Network, VIP, Sinomed and Medline database, select documents according the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Using international general methods and standards for analysis methodology, technical quality assessment and the meta analysis. Results 14 articles and 18 studies were included. Duhuojishengtang combined with conventional therapy may be better than conventional therapy alone in improving bone density [MD=0.56, 95%CI(0.53,0.59)] and serum calcium [MD=0.22, 95%CI(0.17, 0.27)]. Adverse reactions were mentioned in three studies, all of which were mild gastrointestinal reactions and improved after administration. Conclusion Duhuojishengtang may play an auxiliary role in improving bone density and serum calcium in PMOP patients, and it is safe. |
