| 目的 系统评价中药内服结合经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty，PKP）治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures，OVCF）的疗效与安全性，为临床工作者应用中药内服结合PKP治疗OVCF提供参考。方法 检索中英文数据库，并检索相关期刊，检索时间为1984年1月至2020年5月。收集中药内服结合PKP治疗OVCF的随机对照研究，采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具和Jada量表评估纳入文献的研究质量，筛选出合格文章。利用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入15篇随机对照研究的文献，共1 098例患者，其中治疗组560例，对照组538例。经过Meta分析合并效应指标，结果显示治疗组在治疗3个月后和6个月后的骨密度T值均优于对照组；两组疗程结束后，治疗组临床有效率高于对照组，治疗组在治疗3个月后的VAS评分和ODI评分均优于对照组；两组在治疗1个月后的VAS评分与ODI评分的组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论 中药内服结合PKP治疗OVCF能够提高临床疗效，改善患者症状，值得临床推广。 |

| Objective Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese herb medicine combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) by meta-analysis system. The application of Chinese herb medicine into the literature provides a reference for clinicians to apply Chinese herb medicine combined with PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures.Methods Search databases of foreign and internal, the search time was from January 1984 to May 2020. A randomized controlled trial of Chinese herb medicine combined with PKP in the treatment of OVCF was performed. The Cochrane Risk Bias Evaluation Tool and the Jada Scale were used to evaluate the quality of the included literature and to select qualified articles. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane Collaboration, and finally the regular study was applied to the Chinese herb medicines included in the literature. Results A total of 15 randomized controlled studies were included, with a total of 1098 patients, including 560 in the treatment group and 538 in the control group. After a meta-analysis of combined effect indicators, the results showed that the bone mineral density T value of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after 3 months and 6 months of treatment; after the two groups were treated, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The VAS score and ODI score of the treatment group after 3 months of treatment were better than those of the control group; there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the comparison of the VAS score and ODI score after 1 month of treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with PKP to treat OVCF can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
