      国内外骨质疏松患病率逐年增高,因此对骨质疏松的研究也一直是医学热点。骨质疏松的发生发展是由多种细胞和信号通路共同作用的结果,其中成骨细胞和破骨细胞的正常偶联是维持骨稳态防止骨质疏松发生的重要因素。Hedgehog-Gli信号通路可以通过调控成骨细胞的增殖、分化及活性,进而调控骨组织的形成,另一方面它还可以通过刺激破骨细胞RANKL表达进而促进破骨细胞增殖分化,从而调控骨吸收的过程,因此对维持骨稳态亦发挥重要作用。本文主要归纳总结了近年来中外学者对Hedgehog-Gli信号通路在骨质疏松发生中作用机制的研究结果,以期进一步明确在骨质疏松发生中Hedgehog-Gli信号通路的作用,从而为骨质疏松的防治开拓新的思路和方向。

      The prevalence of osteoporosis is increasing year by year at home and abroad, so the research on osteoporosis has always been a medical hot spot. The occurrence and development of osteoporosis is the result of a variety of cells and signal pathways. The normal coupling of osteoblasts and osteoclasts is an important factor to maintain bone homeostasis and prevent osteoporosis. Hedgehog-GLI signaling pathway can regulate the formation of bone tissue by regulating the proliferation, differentiation and activity of osteoblasts. On the other hand, it can also promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts by stimulating the expression of RANKL in osteoclasts, thus regulating the process of bone resorption. Therefore, it plays an important role in maintaining bone homeostasis. This paper summarizes the research results of hedgehog-GLI signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in recent years, in order to further clarify the role of hedgehog-GLI signaling pathway in the occurrence of osteoporosis, so as to open up new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
