      糖尿病性骨质疏松症(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)是一种常见的继发性骨质疏松症,其逐年升高的发病率和病死率,促使临床研究者去探索更加有效的诊断方法。骨代谢生化标志物是能较为真实地反映全身骨骼新陈代谢活动的骨基质蛋白或酶类。医学工作者可通过检测血液中骨代谢标志物的水平来评估糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者的骨代谢情况和骨折风险,并为DOP的临床诊断提供参考价值。本文将探讨骨转换标志物、钙磷代谢、激素、细胞因子等相关指标在DOP临床诊断中的应用,以期为该病的管理提供实验室依据。

      Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)is a common secondary osteoporosis, its yearly increasing morbidity and mortality have been prompting clinical investigators to seek more efficient diagnotic approaches. The bone metabolic and biochemical markers are bone matrix proteins or enzymes, which may more truly reflect the bone metabolic activities of the whole body. Medical care providers can evaluate the bone metabolism and fracture risk of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)by detecting the concentration of bone metabolic indicators in the blood, which provides reference value for the clinical diagnosis of DOP. In this paper, the application of bone turnover markers, calcium and phosphorus metabolism, hormones, cytokines and other related indicators will be discussed in the clinical diagnosis of DOP, which will provide laboratory basis for the management of this type of bone metabolic diseases.
