      大量研究表明骨代谢具有昼夜节律性,大部分骨代谢相关细胞因子均呈现昼夜振荡,进一步分析显示大都呈现夜晚高峰而日间低谷的节律性。骨代谢与昼夜节律之间具有双向交互作用,骨代谢异常可扰乱昼夜节律,导致钟基因的表达紊乱,其中Bmal1的变化最为明显;紊乱的昼夜节律又进一步抑制骨形成、加速骨吸收,导致骨骼的内稳态失衡,从而损害骨骼健康。骨代谢标志物昼夜节律形成的机制及其与钟基因之间的生理、病理联系是未来的研究重点,可为时间药物治疗提供有力的循证医学证据。
英文摘要:
      A large number of studies have shown that bone metabolism has circadian rhythms, and most of the cytokines related to bone metabolism show diurnal oscillations. Further analysis shows that most of them show the rhythm of night peaks and diurnal troughs. There is a two-way interaction between bone metabolism and circadian rhythm. Abnormal bone metabolism can disrupt the circadian rhythm and lead to the disorder of clock gene expression, in which the change of Bmal1 is the most obvious. The disordered circadian rhythm further inhibits bone formation and accelerates bone resorption, resulting in bone homeostasis imbalance and the damage to bone health. The mechanism of the formation of circadian rhythm of bone metabolic markers and the physiological and pathological relationship between bone metabolic markers and clock genes will be the focus of future research, which can provide strong evidence-based medicine for time drug therapy.
